I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still make a purchase? 


Yes. Click or tap Pay with PayPal and you will be redirected to At the bottom of the page, choose the Pay with Debit or Credit Card option. 


I’m local. Can I pickup my items instead of getting them shipped to me?


Yes. After entering in your contact and shipping informationunder Shipping Method you can choose Standard Shipping or Customer Pickup.

Shipping/Delivery Times


How long will it take to ship out my item?


Orders are processed Monday-Friday and sent out within 5-8 business days. No orders are pre-made and are processed in the order they are received. Processing times are not delivery estimates as all orders are shipped out through USPS.


How can I track my order?


All orders receive tracking numbers sent to the email address entered at checkout. Due to COVID-19 delays are expected and arrival times may vary. Please contact your local carrier and check for updates. 


I made a mistake when ordering. What do I do?


If you entered in the wrong information please email [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped out you will have to contact your local carrier. 




Am I able to return or exchange an item? 


All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged as they are handmade and specific to each customer. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
